Blu-ray News – Avengers: Age of Ultron official for 10/2, plus Entourage, Airwolf (UK only), UHD BD 3D follow-up & more

The big news today is that Disney and Marvel have now officially set Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron for Blu-ray 3D Combo, Blu-ray Combo and DVD release on 10/2, with the digital release expected on 9/8. Extras on the Blu-ray seem to still be TBA, but are expected to include audio commentary, deleted scenes, a series or “making of” featurettes, and a gag reel. First up today, Twilight Time has just announced the Blu-ray release of George Roy Hill’s The World of Henry Orient (1964) starring Peter Sellers, Steve Kloves’ The Fabulous Baker Boys (1989), Rona Jaffe’s The Best of Everything (1959), Robert Benton’s Places in the Heart (1984), and Pat O’Connor’s A Month in the Country (1987).
