We’ve got a couple things for you today, starting with a new batch of Blu-ray reviews...
First up is Tim’s take on Steve Mitchell’s King Cohen documentary from La-La Land Entertainment, along with his look at John Landis’ Schlock from Arrow Video. It continues with Jason’s take on Molly from Artsploitation Films and David’s thoughts on Welcome to the Dollhouse from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
Now then... while we’re talking Blu-ray discs, we’re getting the first reports from Bits readers that their Revenge of the Creature/The Creature Walks Among Us replacement discs are starting to arrive from Universal, replacing the identical defective discs in their Universal Classic Monsters 30-Film Collection and Creature from the Black Lagoon: Complete Legacy Collection Blu-ray sets. First up today, a quick side note: Our own Tim Salmons has turned in a review of Criterion’s Judex on Blu-ray, a French crime film from 1963 that’s actually an homage to a 1916 silent film of the same name. It’s a gorgeous B&W classic from director Georges Franju. Don’t miss it.

Catching Fire on 3/7, plus Ten Genre TV Series That Deserve HD Remastering for Blu-ray
All right, we’ve got a big bit of announcement news to close out the week…
Lionsgate has just officially set The Hunger Games: Catching Fire for release on Blu-ray Combo, DVD and digital on 3/7 (SRP $39.99 and $29.95 for the discs). Extras will include audio commentary with director Francis Lawrence and producer Nina Jacobson, the 9-part (feature-length) Surviving the Game: Making Catching Fire documentary, deleted scenes and a sneak peek of Lionsgate’s Divergent.
