Okay… my apologies for the lack of a daily column yesterday. I find myself unexpectedly fighting a computer problem that’s keeping me from getting a lot of regular work done. So I’ve been stuck here in the lab pulling my hair out like a mad scientist for quite a few hours. Hope to have that resolved by the end of the day today.

As promised yesterday, I posted my review of Warner’s fine The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug – Extended Edition on Blu-ray, along with Adam’s Oktoberfest review of Twilight’s The Blob (1988) on the format. Adam follows that up today with his Oktoberfest thoughts on Robert Wise’s Audrey Rose on Blu-ray, also from Twilight.

And our very own Michael Coate has taken the opportunity to celebrate the 30th anniversary of James Cameron’s The Terminator in his History, Legacy & Showmanship column, with an interview featuring author Ian Nathan and our old friend Van Ling. Enjoy!
