Meanwhile, in announcement news today, Paramount has just set a Crocodile Dundee Trilogy for release on Blu-ray on 9/21. This marks the first time the company has released the third film, Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles, on the Blu-ray format. SRP is $39.99. You can see the cover artwork above and also below.
Paramount also has The Haunting of Bly Manor, along with a 2-pack of The Haunting of Bly Manor and The Haunting on Hill House, for release on Blu-ray on 10/12.
While we’re on the subject, Paramount is also releasing a 2-pack of The Stand (2021) and The Stand (1994) on Blu-ray on 10/5, for those who may be interested.
Also, Severin Films has set Drop Dead Fred and A Day of Judgment for release on Blu-ray on 9/28.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and Adult Swim will release Rick and Morty: Season 4 on Blu-ray and DVD on 9/28. [Editor’s Note: We’re aware that this season was released on Blu-ray late last year. It’s possible this is a re-issue in anticipation of the Blu-ray and DVD release of Season 5. We’ll post an update when we have one.]
Eli Roth’s History of Horror: Season Two is expected on Blu-ray and DVD on 9/14 from AMC.
Filmrise is re-issuing the documentary Elstree 1976 on Blu-ray on 9/7.
And Kino Lorber Studio Classics has revealed that they’re going to be releasing Philip Kaufman’s Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) on 4K Ultra HD later this year. Street date is TBA (the title is listed as “Coming Soon”).
