We expect to hear more great announcements from Shout! and Scream at their San Diego Comic-Con panel on Friday, 7/20 (7:00-8:00 PM in Room: 32AB), which I’ll be moderating again this year. So we hope to see you there!

Speaking of TV titles, there is absolutely no sign at the moment that CBS plans to release Star Trek: Discovery – Season One on Blu-ray anytime soon. That’s not to say it couldn’t happen as we get closer to the debut of Season Two on CBS All Access, but the network seems happy to keep the series behind their paywall for now.
It does, however, appear that Fox will release The X-Files: The Complete Season 11 on Blu-ray and DVD in late July or early August. Its currently set for 7/23 on Amazon.co.uk.

Speaking of Universal, the company has set Morgan Neville’s Mister Rogers documentary Won’t You Be My Neighbor? for release on DVD only on 9/4. It looks like they’ll be releasing Wim Wenders’ Pope Francis: A Man of His Word on DVD only that same day. Both deserve Blu-ray releases, so fingers crossed such will be announced. [Editor’s Note: Good news! Universal has just added Won’t You Be My Neighbor? for BD pre-order as well.]
