Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment has set Paul King’s Paddington 2 (2017) for 4K Ultra HD release on 2/18.

Kino Lorber Studio Classics has revealed that they’re working on John Ford’s Donovan’s Reef (1963) and Allan Dwan’s Sands of Iwo Jima (1949) for 4K UHD and Blu-ray release on 4/15. We also now know that Phil Alden Robinson’s Sneakers (1992) and Collin Higgins’ Foul Play (1978) are finally coming to 4K on 4/22. Coming on 4/8 is the Film Noir: The Dark Side of Cinema XXV Blu-ray box set, which includes John H. Auer’s The Flame (1947), City That Never Sleeps (1953), and Hell’s Half Acre (1954). And don’t forget that Mark L. Lester’s Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw (1976) is coming to Blu-ray from the company on 3/25 as part of their Kino Cult label.

For those of you wondering about Arrow Video’s recent 4K Ultra HD Limited Edition of Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds (2009), which is essentially out of stock everywhere (you can read our review here at The Bits), we’ve confirmed that the label is releasing a 2-disc standard edition 4K + Blu-ray on 3/4 that includes all of the same disc-based content minus the deluxe packaging and swag. Just FYI.

Second Sight has made Robert Eggers’ The Witch (2015) available for 4K UHD standard edition release on their website, tied of course to the success of Eggers’ Nosferatu, which is now in theaters. The disc includes hours of special features and Dolby Vision HDR.

And for fans of composer Hans Zimmer, our friends at Mercury Studios are releasing the Hans Zimmer: Live in Prague concert film on 4K Ultra HD on 3/25.
