In this week’s installment of Pick-Ups, we’re going to catch up on some more recent Scream titles on Blu-ray.

It should go without saying that we’re big fans of Scream Factory here at The Digital Bits. It’s terrific that they seem to have helped generate more interest in not just big horror titles, like They Live and Halloween, but also horror movies that tend to have been forgotten over the years. We also appreciate when they debut obscure horror movies that haven’t had a release on Blu-ray before, let alone DVD. Their efforts also encourage other companies to dig deeper for similar titles. All right, the big new today is something you’ve no doubt already heard: Bond 24 begins shooting on Monday and it will officially be called SPECTRE. Very nice choice. The cast is also going to include Christoph Waltz, Andrew Scott, Monica Bellucci, and Dave Batista. You can watch a replay of the official announcement video here.  [Read on here…]
