Also, we just wanted to take a moment this afternoon to acknowledge the passing (on Thursday) of actress Karen Black, who appeared in such films as Easy Rider, Five Easy Pieces, Family Plot, Nashville and many others. She was 74.
And finally, tonight is the peak of the annual Perseid meteor shower and it promises to be a pretty good show this year. Could be as many as 50-100+ good shooting stars per hour at peak, with some nice fireballs (something the Persieds are known for). The best viewing time is 11 PM to 4:30 AM wherever you may be. Just go out, find a nice dark location away from city lights, lay back in a lawn chair and look Northeast. Enjoy the show!
Back tomorrow morning with reviews of Star Trek: The Next Generation – Season Four and Star Trek: Enterprise – Season Two on Blu-ray. Stay tuned...
