Rush & Riddick pre-orders, Enterprise: S3 date, new Warner Archive & more!

Today’s Oktoberfest giveaway is happening over on our Jahnke’s Electric Theater page on Facebook and features a copy of Scream Factory’s The Fog: Collector’s Edition on Blu-ray!  The contest is open until 3 PM (Pacific) so get your entries in and good luck!

In release news this afternoon, CBS has finally put a street date on their Blu-ray release of Star Trek: Enterprise – Season Three.  Look for it on 1/7/14.

Universal has Ron Howard’s Formula One racing drama Rush and David Twohy’s sci-fi thrilled Riddick available for pre-order on Blu-ray Combo and DVD on Amazon.  Street dates are TBA.  Click on the title links to pre-order.

Anchor Bay Entertainment has set Force of Execution for Blu-ray Combo and DVD release on 12/17.

Cohen Media Group has set Beauty of the Devil for release on Blu-ray and DVD on 10/29 (SRP $34.98 and $24.98).

Also today, Warner Archive has announced a number of new releases on MOD/DVD-R including The FBI: The Complete Sixth Season (1970-71), Kung Fu: The Movie (1985), Sidekicks (1974), The Eyes of Charles Sand (1972), The Spirit (1987), Club Med (1986), Killjoy (1981), Fatal Deception: Mrs. Lee Harvey Oswald (1992) and The Cabbage Patch Kids’ first Christmas/The Little Troll Prince Holiday Double Feature (1986/1984).

And Kino has set Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde: Kino Classics Deluxe Edition for Blu-ray and DVD release on 1/28/14.
